Through our assessments, workshops, team & HR Consulting and Spiritual Infrastructure systems, we help individuals and organizations integrate faith into leadership, culture, and daily practice bringing biblical clarity to modern challenges. Founded by Dr. Hamaria Crockett a workplace psychologist, strategist, and author with a passion for kingdom-centered transformation. Kaleidolight Group exists to close the gap between faith and work, so people of purpose can fully walk in their divine design, even at work.

Why “Kaleidolight”?

The name Kaleidolight comes from two powerful Greek roots:

Kaleido (καλειδο) — meaning “beautiful form” or “in full view”
Phōs (φῶς) — meaning “light,” “clarity,” or “truth”

Together, Kaleidolight represents the visible, radiant expression of who God designed you to be at work, at home, and in life.
